We initially considered using a standard ERP because it seemed easier and more affordable. But after mapping our internal processes, we realized that changing our business workflow to fit the software could create more problems.
I'm now considering a customized ERP where modules such as finance, inventory, HR, procurement, and sales can be developed around our existing processes.
One Chennai-based technology company I found during my research is Techzarinfo. What caught my attention is that they work on different business software products as well as custom development.
