MC LED Explained

1) Add RUN led as green solid when the MC is booting, then start to blink.
2) Add the ERROR led at begining if it is reset from watchdog
3) Enable the watchdog before to enter in the MQTT init sequence.
4) Add noise delay on Generator and Battery sensors at 1 event each 2 seconds

The idea is that with the leds you can have a idea of the error.

RUN (green) is solid during the boot, then it starts to blink. If you see that it is solid means that is reseted but never pass the boot.

ERROR (Red) it is solid when the MC is reset by the watchdog. In this way you will know if the MC had some watchdog event.

CONNECTED (Orange) it must blink at beginning meanwhile try to connect it is not ORANGE solid, the MC is not connected and some is wrong with the modem

Then I added the watchdog before the modem initialization, to see if the modem is hanging, maybe after some resets start to work again
