Master Controller: ATG Enable/Disable Command 0x27

Set the logical TankID# to zero to disable the associated ATG.

NB: The logs will misleading as it will state 2 ATG (which is the current Max number of ATGs) but this will be corrected shortly to give a  better description of the state of the setup.
