Master Controller Command: 0x23 ATG Noise filtering

Changes to Master Controller Command 0x23

These are changes that improved the stability of the ATG readings – its very important to understand these settings they would need to be tuned to different Tank sizes and rates of flow in and out of the tank.

Device Parameter Settings . Polling_Time = Upper nibble is sample times until report an event
Device Parameter Settings . Polling_Time = Lower
nibble is polling ATG interval in seconds

Device Parameter Settings . Spare Control 1 = ATG_Difference_in_mm
Device Parameter Settings . Spare Control 1 * 4 = Noise level Filtering

NB: if the ATG is tracking 2mm change in level, then Noise Level Filtering would ignore readings outside a  window of +- 8 (i.e. 2x4)

Device Parameter Settings . Spare Control 2 = Mean samples (1 = no mean)
Device Parameter Settings . Spare Control 3 = Quantity of wrong samples to restart the mean cycle

If there are too many readings (determined by this setting) outside the Noise  Level Filtering, the process of finding a Mean restarts with new data.
