Master Controller: Web App Setup of Vehicles, Drivers and Attendant

These are the Step to add the identities of the Attendant and Vehicles on the Homebase systems at present. 

At this stage this does not a send the data to the Master Controller - that is a separate process that can be done in two ways and these will be discussed separately. 

Web Configuration of Tagged entities 

As a Super User do the first 2 Steps

1. Ensure the Site is configured as a Homebase Site

2.  Add the Tag to the Server List

add each tag with both numbers or import the specially prepared list;

3. Now to get the Tag number log into the MySQL DB 

Locate the Tags you are looking for in the Rejection Table

 4. Match it with the actual number on the Card

5. Create the Accounts (i.e Cost Centres or Department ) as needed

6. Create the Vehicle

NB: We have many vehicles Type and Models still to add as only a few vehicles have been added  alternatively we give the Farmer full capability to add. 

7. Now link the Card to the vehicle. 

Once you enter the Full Card number (10 digits as printed on the card) the System acknowledges if it is successfully accepted.
